According
to the US Constitution the mention of God, the acknowledgement of God in word,
in prayer, in document, and in display and by Federal, State, and Local Governments
is not unconstitutional but rather constitution and part of the uniqueness of
the United States of American above all other nations in the word.
The Judeo-Christian
tradition of freedom of religion is the back bone of this nation, not atheism,
not secular humanism, not feminism, not homosexuality, not Muslimism, not Buddhism
or any other religion. In this nation
the God of the Bible, the God of the Jews and the God and Jesus Christ of the
Church and the religion spawned regard
to worship the Judea-Christian God and God alone is not only Constitutional
but, the article in the constitution that guarantees freedom of religion guarantees
only the practice of Judaism and Christianity in its multiple forms as
protected as sacred and that not one of these forms shall be adopted as this
nations sole religion to the exclusion of all the other forms of Judaism and
Christianity.
All law
that has been created in the last 50 years of government and judicial removal
or infringement of Judaism and Christianity from public display, from being
spoken of, and the prayer of, even in buildings and on lands by federal state
and local government and public schools has been and is blatantly is
unconstitutional.
All law
making and Judicial decisions regarding the super-citizenship or elevation of
special rights above common American citizens, and in particular against Christian
and Jewish Americans Citizens in their active and public pursuit of God is blatantly
unconstitutional.
Any law
making and judiciary decisions in regards to the rights and protections of Atheists,
Secular Humanists, Feminists, Homosexuals,
Muslims, Buddhists or those of any other religion, or set of beliefs can not supersede
nor infringe upon the rights of the Judeo-Christian foundation of this nation
and its people.
